- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unread, and pristine collector condition with all protective bagging, boarding, and factory seals intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged during transit (such as severe bending or creasing), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Read, opened, or creased comic books, or items showing signs of handling, cannot be accepted for return to maintain our collector-grade standards.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our team verifies the mint condition of the returned item.
